Our Standard orders have a processing time of 1 day ( this can be longer during peak times).

Engraved & personalised orders can take up to 5 working days before they are dispatched.

We have free ring sizers to add to your cart when purchasing so you can check your ring size at home!

We also have a ring size guide on how to measure your size at home! All you need is a ruler and some string.

We recommend to store your jewellery away safely in a jewellery box or our reusable Zo&Co silk pouches.

Do not spray strong chemicals such as perfume, tan, hand cream etc onto jewellery as this can cause tarnishing to the metal.
