RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund.
In order for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met;
- The item is in unworn, brand new condition with original packaging/ tags.
- The item is in unworn, brand new condition with no marks or scratches.
- The item is returned to us within 14 days of delivery date.
- The item was not purchased in a sale\sample sale.
- Earrings are not eligible for a refund/return/change of mind due to hygiene reasons.
- We do not accept any refunds/returns/change of mind on any Engraved pieces
- We do not accept refunds/returns on gift cards.

EU/EFTA Right of Withdrawal
Click below to exercise your statutory right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Once submitted, we’ll confirm and provide return instructions.
*please note, once your order has been fulfilled and sent out, we cannot cancel it. The order must there be returned during the 14 days after receiving the order for a refund or we offer up to 30 days for exchanges. All items must be unworn to be eligible for a return. We do not offer returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons and all engraved and personalised pieces as they are made to order.*

When you contact us via email, we will send you instructions on how to return your parcel safely back to the Zo&Co HQ. We do not accept in person returns.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on all rings.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@zoandco.ie. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs on returns.
3 for 2 Promotion – Returns Policy
Items purchased as part of a “3 for 2” promotion are treated as a bundle offer. If you wish to return any items from your order, the promotion will no longer apply once the bundle is incomplete.
This means:
- The free item must also be returned in order to receive a full refund.
- If the free item is not returned, its full retail value will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds will be calculated based on the adjusted total once the promotion is removed.
For example, if you purchased three items and received one for free, but only return the paid item(s) while keeping the free product, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund amount.
All returned items must be in their original condition and comply with our standard returns policy.
If you have any questions, please contact our customer care team before returning your order.
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns.
Issues with order:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us if there is something wrong with your order of you have received the wrong item/order within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number in the subject line and a photo displaying the issue to speed up the resolution process.
