Shipping Information

At Zo&Co, we want to make sure your order reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Delivery Times

  • Ireland: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 1–3 working days.

  • International Orders: Delivery usually takes 3–8 working days, but may be longer during busy periods.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

  • We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

  • During peak periods, such as sales, Black Friday, and Christmas, order processing times may be longer.

Tracking Information

  • All orders are shipped using An Post Tracked services.

  • Your tracking number will be emailed to you once our team has fulfilled your order.

  • If you experience issues with tracking, please contact An Post first, as they will have the most up-to-date information about your parcel.

Order Changes

  • If you need to change your address, product size, or colour, please contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order.

  • After this window, changes cannot be guaranteed.

  • Discount codes cannot be added after an order has been placed, so please double-check your basket before checkout.

Customs & Delays

  • Zo&Co is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

  • Countries outside the EU may incur customs charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy
We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Engraved items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Outlet or final sale items

  • Gift cards, which are non-refundable

 

Returns Policy

If you would like to return your order, please email orders@zoandco.ie with your order number so our team can assist you.

  • We accept returns for refunds within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

  • After 14 days, we can offer an exchange or credit note up to 30 days from the date you received your order.

  • After 30 days, we are unable to accept any returns.

  • We accept exchanges for ring sizes.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable on all returned orders.


Christmas Returns Policy

We have extended our return policy for Christmas. All orders placed between November 16th-December 18th, can be exchanged or we can issue a credit note until January 8th.  


Faulty Items

We’re truly sorry if you have received a faulty item in your order, this is never the experience we want for our customers.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at orders@zoandco.ie within 2 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

Please note:

  • Any fault incurred by the customer after receiving the item will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

  • We do not send out replacements for lost items.
