Shipping policy
SHIPPING AT ZO&CO
- We use An Post Express Tracked shipping for every order.
- Orders will be dispatched up to 2 days after the order has been placed.
- Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
- Tracking details will be sent via email to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
- In the event that your parcel cannot be delivered due to no one being home, An Post will usually leave the parcel in a safe place ( neighbour) or you will be given a depot address where you can pick up the parcel. In the case that you are not home to receive your parcel, please contact An Post with your tracking number on how to retrieve your parcel.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered & a discount code can not be applied if not applied before checkout. Please make sure to double check your basket before checking out.
