ARE ZO&CO PIECES TARNISH FREE?
The majority of our collection is made from High Quality Stainless Steel & Titinium. This means that these metals will not cause greening or tarnishing.
We recommend to take off pieces made from 925 Sterling Silver when having a shower, sleeping etc as this is a very delicate material. Gold plating 925 Sterling Silver can fade when exposed to water regularly .
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Our Standard orders have a processing time of 1 day ( this can be longer during peak times).
Engraved & personalised orders can take up to 5 working days before they are dispatched.
HOW DO I KNOW MY RING SIZE?
We have free ring sizers to add to your cart when purchasing so you can check your ring size at home!
We also have a ring size guide on how to measure your size at home! All you need is a ruler and some string.
HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELLERY
We recommend to store your jewellery away safely in a jewellery box or our reusable Zo&Co silk pouches.
Do not spray strong chemicals such as perfume, tan, hand cream etc onto jewellery as this can cause tarnishing to the metal.
