28 Day Returns
If you want to return your order, you have 28 days from when you receive your order for a refund. We also offer exchanges on all rings. We strictly do not accept returns on Earrings or Engraved pieces.

Wear & Care
- To keep your Zo&Co jewellery looking its best, store your pieces separately in a cool, dry place when not being worn.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, chemicals and excessive moisture, and remove your jewellery before sleeping, exercising or swimming.
- Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear to help maintain its shine and finish.

What materials is Zo&Co jewellery made from?
Our pieces are crafted from high-quality 925 Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel and Eco Friendly Brass, finished with premium gold plating. All Zo&Co jewellery is hypoallergenic and nickel-free.
Is Zo&Co jewellery waterproof & tarnish-resistant?
Our Stainless Steel PVD pieces are crafted to last in water, designed for everyday wear. For plated Sterling Silver pieces, we recommend avoiding water, perfumes and chemicals to keep them looking their best.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders placed before 2PM will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day. Ireland orders typically arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch, while international delivery usually takes 3–8 working days.
Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
Yes! We offer returns for a refund within 28 days and exchanges or store credit within 30 days. We do not accept returns or refunds for earrings or engraved items.
